BICYCLE HIRE AND EXCURSIONS:
For sports and nature enthusiasts, you can rent bikes on site and reach the seaside in a few minutes by crossing the streets surrounded by olive groves and dry stone walls. Those passionate about history can visit the three family-owned farms (Masseria Brigantino, Masseria Torre Bassa and Masseria Minerva) all very well known in the area as a great cultural attraction. You will thus appreciate the natural beauty of Masseria Brigantino with its botanical path, its rural settlement and its ancient olive grove; Masseria Torre Bassa with its little church and the tower structure typical of the XVIth century, its Arabic citrus grove and the horse farm "quarter"; Masseria Minerva with its majesty, its ‘portale’ testimony to the membership of the Order of the Knights of Malta. A tour of the masserie can be done by car but, for those who prefer to relax and enjoy the nature in full, it is possible to visit them by cycling along a completely flat path of about 10 Km that will allow you to discover three different historical buildings. For those who want to, in the area, it is also possible to make several excursions: one of the strengths of Masseria Brigantino is its location, being in the very heart of one of the most interesting areas of Apulia from an historical, natural and recreational point of view. It is almost equidistant from Bari and Brindisi (for those arriving by plane) and the beauty of Lecce and Matera. The property is also within easy reach of Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni. In addition our providing information about the area, on your arrival you will be given a small guide with suggestions on the most interesting places to visit along with details of the best local restaurants in each area.


MASSAGE AND IDROMASSAGE:
On booking you can receive various types of massages by professional therapists. The massages are carried out in the old sheep stable, surrounded by millennial olive trees and ancient tuff walls. To complete this beautiful setting and corner of pure relaxation, there is a whirlpool of brackish water set in stone, covered by arches with star shapes that originally served as cover for the sheep themselves. The duration of this activity varies from two to three hours.


NATURAL SWIMMING POOL:
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls you can relax in our pool. Here, natural stones recreate an ancient setting where you enjoy romantic, red sunsets.


BEACH AND FREE TIME:
The property is only a few of kilometers away from the Torre Canne beach and has several promotions with the best lido in the area. Depending on the climatic conditions and the needs of the client, we recommend the most suitable structure.  

For those who love windsurfing and kitesurfing, it is possible to book and rent equipment at any time. A 20-minute drive from the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve is a true corner of paradise.


GOLF:
For golf enthusiasts only 5 minutes drive away is Masseria San Domenico with its 18 holes and the Masseria Coccaro with its 9 hole course.


TENNIS:
It is possible to enjoy tennis by reserving a court only a couple of minutes away by car, in the nearby manor house at Torre Bassa, part of our farm.


TASTING "PUGLIA GOURMET":
The region’s products that we propose to our guests are made without the use of preservatives and are all artisanal resulting from the Apulian experience and tradition. Among the products we can taste are extra virgin olive oil – cold-pressed, various types of award-winning wines, fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta, burrata, primosale and matured cheeses accompanied by excellent preserves, sott’olio, breads, taralli, focacce, friselle and desserts such as ‘intorchiate’, almond cakes and foccacce ‘fracide’. At the end of the tasting, a delicious homemade limoncello is served. To add to the magic of this wonderful food tasting journey, the location offers a beautiful sea view and lovely scented citrus plants surrounded by ancient walls that narrate the history of the past.

For those who love Apulian food and want to learn how to cook traditional dishes typical of our cuisine such as pasta, breads, foccaccia, parmigiane (aubergine dish), pizzas and much more, Antonio the chef offers individual and small group cookery courses showing his passion and love for the Puglia culinary art.
